Why people pick it

What you get

01

8000 Hz stays when the cable goes

The main thing the Pro adds over the base V9 is the bundled 8K receiver. The mouse reports 8000 times per second over the 2.4 GHz link as well as the cable, a 0.125 ms gap between reports instead of the usual millisecond. At high sensitivity and through fast flicks the cursor travels more evenly, and small aim corrections no longer fall between polls.

02

Omron optical switches

The left and right buttons use Omron optical switches rated for 100 million clicks. Contact is made by a beam of light rather than metal leaves, so there is no bounce and none of the accidental double-clicks mechanical buttons tend to develop. The Huanyu side buttons are rated for 50 million clicks and the wheel is a TTC Gold encoder.

600 mAh for the higher rate

Polling at 8000 Hz draws noticeably more power than the standard 1000 Hz, so the Pro carries a 600 mAh battery, twice the base V9's. AULA Labs puts a full charge at roughly 30 hours of use; the real figure depends on lighting brightness, the polling rate you pick and how you play. If a long session does run it down, plug the cable in and keep playing — the wired mode also runs at 8000 Hz.

Three colours, two sizes

The V9 Pro comes in black, white and AULA's Starfighter Red. Each colour is offered in two sizes of the same symmetrical shell: the Pro at about 118.5 × 60.2 mm and 58 g for small and medium palms, the Pro+ at 125.4 × 63.7 mm and 63 g for medium and large ones. The internals are identical in both — only the fit in the hand changes.

A ring of light and a Nano-Cooling finish

A 360-degree RGB strip with densely packed LEDs and preset effects runs around the shell. The surface is treated with a Nano-Cooling coating: cool to the touch, sweat-repellent and stain-resistant, so the grip stays secure even when your palm gets damp midway through a long match.

Questions

The short answers.

When is delivery expected?

Delivery is expected on 18 November 2026. A pre-order locks the price and your place in the batch; GEEKSHOP confirms the exact date.

How does the V9 Pro differ from the plain V9?

In four ways. The Pro includes an 8K receiver, so 8000 Hz also works wirelessly (the base V9 runs at 1000 Hz without a cable). Its main buttons are Omron optical rather than mechanical. The battery is 600 mAh instead of 300 mAh. And the Pro comes in black, white and Starfighter Red, while the base V9 is white only. The sensor is the same on both: PAW3395 up to 26,000 DPI.

V9 Pro or V9 Ultra — which should I take?

The sensor is the only difference. The Pro uses the PAW3395: up to 26,000 DPI, 650 IPS and a 1 or 2 mm lift-off distance. The Ultra uses the PAW3950: up to 42,000 DPI, 750 IPS and an extra 0.7 mm lift-off step. Switches, the 600 mAh battery, the 8K receiver, the shell, the weight and the colours are the same. Most players will not feel the difference, since working DPI values usually sit between 400 and 1600.

What does the "+" in V9 Pro+ mean?

A larger shell, and nothing else. The V9 Pro is about 118.54 × 60.22 × 37.68 mm and 58 ±1 g, recommended for small and medium hands. The V9 Pro+ is about 125.39 × 63.70 × 39.85 mm and 63 ±1 g, for medium and large ones. The electronics, sensor, switches and battery are identical, and so is the price.

How does the preorder work and when will the mouse arrive?

You place the order, a GEEKSHOP manager contacts you and confirms the model, the colour and the shell size. After that confirmation delivery takes roughly a month, since the batch comes straight from the supplier. The manager will give you the exact date when confirming.
