These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Agreement") govern the conditions of use of the aulastar.uz website (hereinafter — "Website").

The Website is an informational resource providing a product catalog for the AULA brand. The Website is owned and operated by the administration of aulastar.uz (hereinafter — "Administration").

By using the Website, you confirm that you have read this Agreement and accept its terms in full. If you do not agree with the terms of the Agreement, please discontinue use of the Website.

In accordance with Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the information posted on the Website is exclusively informational (reference) in nature and does not, under any circumstances, constitute a public offer as defined by Articles 367–369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Website does not sell products, accept orders, or enter into purchase and sale agreements. The purchase of AULA products is carried out exclusively through official partners (dealers), links to whom are posted on the Website.

The posting of product information on the Website does not constitute an offer to enter into an agreement and does not create obligations for the Administration to sell the specified products on the specified terms.

The Administration makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information about AULA products posted on the Website. However:

— specifications, descriptions, images, and other product information are provided by the manufacturer and may differ from actual products; — the actual appearance of products may differ slightly from photographs; — the Administration is not responsible for possible inaccuracies or typographical errors in product descriptions; — for current and complete product information, please contact the official seller.

Prices listed on the Website are recommended retail prices (RRP) and are for reference purposes only.

— recommended prices are listed in Uzbekistani som (UZS); — the actual sale price is determined by the official partner (dealer) and may differ from the price listed on the Website; — the Administration is not responsible for price changes made by partners; — delivery costs are not included in the listed prices and are determined by the partner at the time of order placement.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (official partners, social networks, etc.). By following such links, you leave the Website.

The Administration does not control the content, privacy policies, and practices of third-party websites and is not responsible for: — the content and availability of third-party websites; — third-party websites' compliance with legislation; — any damage resulting from the use of third-party websites; — purchase, delivery, return, and warranty terms offered by partners.

We recommend reviewing the terms of use and privacy policy of each third-party resource before using it.

All materials posted on the Website, including but not limited to: texts, images, logos, design, graphic elements, and source code — are intellectual property of the Administration and/or the AULA brand and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Use of Website materials without the written consent of the rights holder is prohibited, except in cases expressly provided by law.

The name "AULA" and associated logos are registered trademarks. Their use without the rights holder's permission is prohibited.

The Website is provided on an "as is" basis. The Administration does not guarantee: — uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Website; — that Website information will meet the specific expectations of the user; — the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of information at any given time.

The Administration is not liable for: — direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the Website; — actions of third parties (partners, payment systems, delivery services); — quality of internet connection and operation of user equipment; — any decisions made by the user based on information from the Website.

The return conditions for AULA products are set out on a separate "Return Policy" page on the Website.

Please note: — exchange of purchased products is not available; — returns are available exclusively in cases of manufacturing defects; — return conditions may vary depending on the partner through whom the purchase was made.

Product delivery is carried out by official partners (dealers), not the Website Administration.

— delivery within Tashkent costs 50,000 UZS (recommended); — delivery is available across Uzbekistan; — for regions outside Tashkent, delivery costs may vary; — please confirm current delivery conditions and costs with the partner when placing your order.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The parties shall endeavor to resolve all disputes and disagreements related to the use of the Website through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court at the location of the Administration in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time without prior notice to users. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the Website at https://aulastar.uz/en/terms.

Continued use of the Website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. We recommend periodically checking this page.
