What you get

01

99 keys: the number pad stays

The 98% format keeps the function row, arrows, navigation cluster and the full number pad, but removes the empty gaps between the sections. The case ends up a few centimetres narrower than a normal full-size board: 390.63 × 146.78 × 42.57 mm. Numbers stay within reach for spreadsheets, while games get free space on the right for mouse movement.

02

Gasket mount, flex-cut plate and five layers

The PCB rests on an extended silicone pad instead of being screwed to the case, so the keypress feels softer and more even across the board. The polycarbonate plate is slotted along the sides so the centre does not sink further than the edges, and the 1.2 mm PCB has its own cut around every key. Damping sheets fill the layers in between, so the sound stays tight rather than echoing in an empty case.

Switches swap without a soldering iron

All 99 positions use hot-swap sockets for standard mechanical switches. With the puller you can lift out the installed Gray Wood V3 or Reaper and fit something else, changing sound and force without replacing the keyboard. The large-key stabilisers and balance bars are adjusted at the factory, so the spacebar and Enter do not rattle out of the box.

Three modes and 8,000 mAh

The mode switch and the receiver bay sit on the top edge, so you can move between USB-C, 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth 5.0 without flipping the board. The battery is two 4,000 mAh cells: about 53 hours with the default lighting and about 400 hours with RGB switched off. It charges from the same USB-C port at up to 830 mA and keeps working over the cable while it does.

Five colourways to choose from

The F99 comes in five keycap sets: light gray with white and dark gray, light blue with white and dark purple, black with white and green, light blue with white and black-purple, and a comic-print set. Colour and switch are chosen independently, so the same colourway can be ordered with the lighter Gray Wood V3 or the firmer Reaper. The GEEKSHOP manager confirms the exact set when the preorder is placed.

Questions

The short answers.

When is delivery expected?

Delivery is expected on 18 November 2026. A pre-order locks the price and your place in the batch; GEEKSHOP confirms the exact date.

How is the F99 different from the F99 Pro?

They are two different models. The F99 has 99 keys in the 98% format and no knob. The F99 Pro has a full-size 108-key layout and a multifunction knob in the top right corner, and its gradient keycap sets are side-engraved. Both share the gasket mount, hot-swap sockets and three connection modes.

Can I install my own switches?

Yes. Every key sits in a hot-swap socket and no soldering iron is needed: pull the old switch out with the puller and press the new one in until it clicks. AULA does not publish the socket type for the F99, so before buying non-standard switches check the pin count and make sure the pins are straight.

How long is the wait after ordering?

The model is sold on preorder. Orders open on 18 November 2026, and delivery takes about a month from the moment the GEEKSHOP manager confirms the order and the chosen colour and switch combination. The manager gives the exact timing at confirmation.

Does the keyboard work with a Mac?

Yes — macOS is on the supported list along with Windows, Android and iOS. A Mac connects over Bluetooth 5.0, through the 2.4 GHz receiver or with the USB-C cable. The PC software AULA lists in the box is made for Windows machines; on a Mac the board works as a standard USB or Bluetooth device.

Who confirms the price, stock and delivery?
