Why people pick it

What you get

01

Aluminium machined from one block

The AG60's case is machined out of a single block of aluminium: heavier than plastic, it stays put on the desk and absorbs part of the hollow sound. The surface is anodised to a 220 grit — matte, pleasant to touch and corrosion resistant. The backplate carries a vacuum nano-engraving with a PVD coating, and AULA counts 72 production stages per part.

02

The actuation point is a setting

A magnetic switch does not close a contact — it tells the board how deep it has been pressed. That changes everything: you set the actuation depth yourself, in 0.001 mm steps on the AG60. Rapid Trigger releases the key as soon as your finger moves back up, so strafe and jump sequences land closer together. This shipment ships with the Snowglow switch: 32 ± 5 gf at the start, 50 ± 5 gf bottomed out, 3.4 mm of total travel.

03

8,000 Hz and 0.08 ms

The board scans its switches 8,000 times per second — eight times more often than the usual 1,000 Hz. AULA quotes 0.08 ms of latency in Max Mode and 0.1 ms in Pro Mode — two performance modes of the keyboard itself, not different AG60 versions. In practice a press reaches the game before the next frame is drawn, and the difference shows up most in firefights, where the order of events matters more than absolute time.

Two personalities, one flick

A mechanical SmartSwitch slider sits on the case. In Cushioned mode the key travels smoothly to the bottom and springs back lightly, which suits typing. In Precision mode the stroke is shorter and tighter and ends more abruptly — the setting for shooters. Flipping between them takes a second and needs neither the driver nor a game restart.

Browser tuning and hot-swap

Nothing needs installing: AULA's web driver opens in a browser with FN+N. There you set per-key actuation depth and Rapid Trigger, SOCD for opposing directions, DKS for two actions on one key, macros and lighting. Four profiles are switched from the keyboard with FN+U, I, O and P. All sockets are hot-swap, so switches come out without a soldering iron.

Questions

The short answers.

When is delivery expected?

Delivery is expected on 18 November 2026. A pre-order locks the price and your place in the batch; GEEKSHOP confirms the exact date.

How do magnetic switches differ from ordinary mechanical ones?

An ordinary mechanical switch fires at a fixed depth set by its construction. A magnetic switch measures the position of a magnet, so you choose the actuation point: the AG60 adjusts in 0.001 mm steps and each key can have its own depth. You also get Rapid Trigger, which releases the key the moment your finger moves up, SOCD for opposing directions, and DKS, which puts two different actions on one key depending on how far you press.

Do I need to install software?

No. AULA uses a web driver: it opens in a desktop browser, and FN+N launches the settings page. There you change actuation depth, Rapid Trigger, SOCD, DKS, macros and lighting. The settings are written to the keyboard itself — four profiles switch with FN+U, I, O and P and travel with the board to another computer.

Can the switches be replaced?

Yes — every key sits in a hot-swap socket and no soldering is needed. The board ships with Snowglow magnetic switches; AULA's line-up also includes Aether, Godmode and Treasure. If you plan to fit switches from another brand, check compatibility with the GEEKSHOP manager first — on Hall-effect boards it depends on the magnet type and the switch housing.

How long is the wait after ordering?

The model is sold on preorder and orders open on 18 November 2026. Delivery takes about a month from the moment the GEEKSHOP manager confirms the order. The manager gives the exact timing at confirmation.
